Are the fabric colours and textures exactly as I see them on my screen?
We do our best to ensure that all images on our site accurately represent the fabrics we use. However, because everyone’s computer and settings are different we cannot guarantee that what you see on the screen will be exactly as it arrives. For this reason we strongly recommend that you utilise our free samples. This will allow you to see exactly how different colours and textures look in your home. We will not exchange products based on differences in appearance to online images.
Do I need to make adjustments to the measurements I take to allow for the blinds to fit?
Definitely not. You need to follow our measuring instructions and always enter the actual measurement from one point to the other. For all blinds, our factory will make the necessary adjustments to ensure they fit as required.
What tools will I need to install my blinds?
In most cases all you’ll need is a screwdriver and a stepladder to help to reach the top of your window. If your window frames are not wooden you may need additional tools (please see out installation guides for more information about this).
Does my order come with screws?
Your order will arrive with screws that will be suitable for wooden window frames. If you need to install into plaster, brick or metal please refer to our installation instructions for more information.
How long does it take you to make my blinds?
We aim to complete all blinds order in 10 working days and shutters orders within 20 working days.
I saw your blinds advertised cheaper by one of your competitors. How do I arrange for you to discount my order?
On the rare occasion you see our products advertised for less on a competitors website please contact us via email or telephone and we’ll arrange a discount code to beat their price by 10% (Terms & Conditions apply).
Returns
If I change my mind, can I cancel my order?
Because we custom manufacture all our orders we are unable accepts cancellations once your order has been confirmed. If you place an order and change your mind please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to stop your order. In these circumstances we’ll advise you of any costs that have already been incurred in making your blinds. We will then refund your purchase price, less expenses incurred.
What’s covered by the 5 year warranty?
If a defect in material or workmanship arises within 5 years, you can return your blinds to us and we will either repair or replace them (see Terms & Conditions for details).
