I can't connect to Alexa in my IFTTT app.

Things don't always go to plan. The good news is we have some tips to help you connect to Alexa if you run into trouble.

Go to the IFTTT website and log in. Tap Settings and then disconnect your Alexa device.

Now go back to your IFTTT app and try to connect Alexa again following step 3 of this guide. The app should now let you sign in with your Amazon account details.
